When a trans-person tries to explain your sexual identity or orientation to you contrary to the fact that this is a personal choice and everyone has the right to identify as they please.

Person A: I'm super-straight
Person B (trans): That's transphobic, genital preference isn't a sexual identity..
Person A: Please don't transplain to me, I know what I am and it's not for you to decide. Transplaining is superphobic.

When a Transgender person or an ally tries explaining sexuality and science to Super Straight people and tries to invalidate their very real and valid identity in the process.

Trans: there's no such thing as a biological female read up on your science. And Super Straight can't be a sexuality it's a preference.

The act of making your point of view be the be all & end all of political correctness no matter the actual matter or your point of view being scientifically correct. Explaining why you want to cancel a show that makes you sad but other happy.

They yelled & screamed at the crowd their point of view, no one really knew why they were burring Harry Potter books.

As they screeched the crowd knew it was their way of transplaning

Transplaining 

When a transgender person or transgender ally talks about their identity and/or general issues the transgender community face, and a transphobe wants to silence this discussion, they label whatever the transgender individual says as "transplaining".

Thus, "transplaining" is a slur a transphobe will use to label and stifle any conversation by a transgender individual or ally regarding trans issues.

Trans man (FTM): "I prefer he/him pronouns and prefer using the men's toilets, especially as I present as a male, thus using the women's toilets will cause confusion and makes me uncomfortable".

A transphobe/gender critical/terf: "You're transplaining!"
