Transcum 

A term used for people who acknowledge that in order to be transgender you need to have dysphoria. People who do not have dysphoria and call themselves trans are transtrenders.
Person 1: "Have you heard of that criminal who pretended to be a trans woman in order to get into a female prison?"

Person 2: "This is why I am transcum. There needs to be a system in place to protect women from non-dysphoric individuals who claim to be transgender."
