Tooni_pi is a way to describe a piece of art as if it came from the 80s or 90s. Not necessarily a bad thing, in fact it’s used as a compliment to express the effort put into an art piece. It can also be used to describe rocks mating with each other as a piece of expressive gratitude to show how to make baby pebbles.
