Referring to the most thug person, place, or thing in comparison to another.

The definition of thug in this manner is flexible, and can pertain to anything from "a violent criminal" to "straight up G" to "someone who is going through major life struggles"

Thugget 

A nugget of thug; used to describe a teenage, suburban, stoner thug who often speaks in Ebonics. Thuggets think they're tough, but are generally unoffensive and harmless. Their race is often, but not limited to white Anglo Saxon.

Where did all the thuggets go? The house feels so empty and hyphy-less.
