When you are having a both a rough and tough day, week, month, year, decade because of a cancelled train on your way to work, you lost your job, you can't find a job, your car was hit, you hit a car, your boyfriend broke up with you, your girlfriend broke up with you, your pet died, your lost your phone, you're struggling to meet your bills and living pay check to pay check, you lost the basketball game, Collingwood lost to Geelong Cats, you're stuck in a country because of a pandemic and all of these has impacted your emotional well being negatively resulting into poor choices in life
My dog died this morning, troughday.
I got fired from my job, troughday.
I lost my phone, troughday.

Troughday 

When one is having both a rough and tough, day, week, month, year, decade, morning, evening or afternoon, midnight because of delayed train, cancelled train, incorrect uber delivery, lost your job, can't find a job, brokenhearted and has caused a negative effect on your self-esteem, mindset and emotional well being.

Cigarette: Northern slang for a cigarette, used oft by mashed up mancunian ravers becasue of the resemblance of a hot(electric)stove to the end of a lit cigarette. Originated circa 1991 in the early halcyon days of the rave culture; we speculate during a drug fuelled hallucination by said manc.
