Created in 2004, the first group of words written on top of a scroll. This usually sets up the pace and highlights the main pieces of the scroll. Typically, themes will reflect the general shape of the scroll that is being written on.
Theme: What are themes?

Spackle a freckle on the backbone of hogwash. Use themes for haagan daas. Plaster my knuckle with chiblits of lug nuts. Present me with a turtle neck.

Themes And Such

A term coined after chapter 231 of "Chainsaw Man". It refers to an event in a story where the author throws away any form of buildup and tension, dismantles prior Checkov's guns or even disregard entire character arcs and plot points in service of "Themes". While in some cases this can make for amazing story moments, for the most part it is seen by modern audiences as a crutch, sometimes even stripping the prestige a story once had in the eyes of most readers.
"Although Megumi Fushiguro's entire arc was put on the sideline for the latter third of the Jujutsu Kaisan, atleast it make sense thematically. You know, Themes and such.

River Themes

A River Themes is a drink usually made at the end of the night where, those left standing/sober gather all the alcohol they can find that is left and mix it together, generally giving the final product a dark murky look, hence the name, river themes.

It generally tastes disgusting, but hopefully by this time of night you wont be feeling it.

There is almost certainly an extremely high alcohol content, and it should get you very drunk very quickly. If it does not, then you have made the drink incorrectly.
Last night, we were vagely sober and so mixed cider, beer, whisky, WKD and some rum to make a high-content River Themes. This always seems a good idea late at night.

Oh, you know, themes and such

"Oh, you know, themes and such" is a common extension of the phrase "themes and such" which was popularized by anime and manga such as My Hero Academia and Chainsaw Man.
The phrase is typically used to make fun of people defending lackluster writing, or counterargument in a form of rage bait.
It is also typically used as a method of describing writing that's nonsensical and makes relatively no sense compared to the rest of the story.
"Do you know why the main character lost? He was so clearly stronger!", "Oh, you know, themes and such".

"The villain must lose that fight because, oh, you know, themes and such."

"Oh, you know, themes and such, is why the side character had to die, to fulfill that stereotype"
