A somewhat baseless argument that seems to exist primarily for the sake of arguing. The argument often takes on a life of its own, changing in scope and focus in order to sustain the continuous argument.

Every time those two start talking about literally anything a thargument is going to ensue.

When you and someone else are engaged in an argument in which all communication is done through text-messaging. May also be known as an E-Argument.
