When someone gets their tax return after being broke all year long and go out and spend it all on dumb shit at Rent-To-Own places.

Guy 1: Hey, I heard Ralph got his tax check back. Must be nice.

Guy 2: Hell yeah he did dude. Stupid ass is Tax Check Rich now. He just bought a PS3 and a TV for $5,000. What a stupid smelly asshole. Being TCR is for the birds.
