A name used typically for Japanese males. He is such a funny, ambitious, hard-working, loyal, and charming. He treats everyone equally and just the only person you need for the rest of your life. In a relationship, he can't be any more loyal, he loves cuddles and hugs. Very easily influenced and motivational and encourages others. Takatoshi will be friends with people no one likes and will help them out.
