Tailwag is an expression that denotes unabashed, dog-like enthusiasm, e.g., booty-shaking. It is taken from the literal movement of the sacrum, which when released during yoga or bodywork, allows liberated movement.

Since I started jazz dance class, my tailwag is getting really funky.
