A startender is a bartender that is always on point, they have the knowledge and skill set needed to make an array of fantastic cocktails. They are both friendly and fast-paced with their service. Nothing fazes a startender, no amount of volume or pressure can make a startender crack. Providing the best service and best drinks is all this bartender has on their mind.
