An albino squirrel, the opposite of a squigger.

If you see an albino squirrel, it's a squacker. If you see a black squirrel and the albino (white squirrel) fighting, then it's a race war.

Squacker

A loud black girl that won't keep her mouth shut and always want to argue with other females, and when she does argue it sounds like a bird squacking! Squackers are usually girls in the hood.

Look at the ugly squackers over by the bus stop.
