A period of leave from work or other obligations dedicated to exploring and enjoying Italian cuisine, particularly pasta dishes such as spaghetti. This term combines the concept of a sabbatical with a focus on culinary experiences, often involving travel to Italy or immersion in Italian culinary traditions
