sopranist 

A sopranist is a male singer who sings in the soprano vocal range; a countertenor who sings higher than the typical alto range.

There is a large body of music for male soprano written when it was common to use a castrato - a voice type which, for all intents and purposes, no longer exists. Sopranists are very rare, since most countertenors are altos.

Since Max can sing from a middle C to high A, he is considered a sopranist.

A fictional race from Square-Enix's "The Last Remnant".

Sovani are anthropomorphic, feline in appearance, and characterized by an additional pair of arms at their hips. They have a long lifespan, in excess of hundreds of years.

The sovani were said to have once ruled over all other races.
