The state of being sober-ish implies one has the ability to move freely and with conviction beetween the states of sobriety and intoxication, being able to lose their pants but not their panties; and to be able to remember with accuracy why one got 86ed from a bar.

Get me a drink before last call i need to stay soberish so i can keep having fun till it's time to drive home.
