1. A person who always insists on putting several if not all available toppings on their food items, i.e. frozen yogurt, hot dogs, ice cream, etc.

2. A person whose core diet consists mainly of snack foods.

Appreciative nickname given to an individual capable of immediately pinpointing the location of yummy treats in an otherwise cluttered and confusing refridgerator or pantry.
