He was played by George Clinton using a voice distorter and is featured on the cover of "Funkentelechy Vs. The Placebo Syndrome." Name comes from his oversized nose and the fact that he is completely devoid of anything related to funk.

Sir Nose D'Voidoffunk is a character of George Clinton, the leader of Parliament Funkadelic, mentioned prominently in the song Sir Nose D'Voidoffunk as well as Aqua Boogie (Psychoalphadiscobetabioaquadoloop) and others. The name is taken from Cyrano de Bergerac, a Parisian known for his large proboscis. The Nose is known to be possessed of no funk and will never dance, unless, of course, he is shot by the Bop Gun.
