Iranian-Turkish Phrase (slang)

It's the last step in getting someone lost (siktir-ed ) , fired from the job etc.
Sometimes it is also used to describe start of this process.

to push someone's Siktir button is a sort of public movement, lead by public disagreement with a person, this might be driven by over-showoffs, talking shit, being double sided, pachekhar,Doing an OpenStack on a MacBook Pro etc.

The phrase was originally invented after Dr.Docker was put aside from management of a team.
