The type of person you can ALWAYS come to for emotional support, advice, a secret, or to just talk. Sheila's Rule

A fairly simple rule, generally used in domestic situations, which dictates that when you vacate your seat, you have no automatic right to sit back there when you return. Once empty, a seat is open to anybody to sit in, irrespective of the circumstances that caused the previous occupant to vacate it.
