A load of bullshit. If someone is using scheissery they are usually trying to “pull the wool” over you or fool you for the clown you are. If they are using scheissery then you know they are lying and/or coming up with dumb excuses to try and bamboozle you.

1) Noun. Americanized version of the German word Scheiße (also: Scheisse) meaning shit (respectively shite/shyte in the UK and Ireland). Slightly less offensive in German than "shit" in American English, though definitely not ok for children or polite conversation.
Used as a plain noun or exclamation.
2) Compound form: sheiss ___ (originally Scheiß-/Scheiss-)
Used as part of an offense/pejorative term or just as an emphasis like "fucking ___". Works with nouns and adjectives.
3) Agent: sheisser (Scheißer/Scheisser)
Used as a pejorative term for a person, comparable to "fuckhead" or "damn jerk".

A lighthearted reaction upon receiving disappointing news of some sort. Usually something that isn't a particularly a big deal, esp. when it primarily affects someone else - sort of a mild schadenfreude. Sometimes doubled or tripled, and possibly said in a sing-songy voice for added comedic effect to imitate a muted trumpet, which is how the meme originated.
