Scheissberg 

(noun) Refers to the formation of a large mound of human faeces in the toilet bowl such that its peak reaches above the water level. It may or may not threaten to make contact with the defecator's nether-regions due to its immensity.

From the German word Scheiße (meaning shit) and the English Iceberg.

"Gee... I should have flushed half-way through that number-twos session! I nearly hit a Scheissberg."
