A gender neutral, anti-racist neologism for the term "ScrumMaster." "ScrumMaster" is the name a role in the Agile development community using a (completely unintentional) sexist binary gender narrative with racist overtones. The term "ScrumMxster,' is a modern replacement that is gender affirming with no racist overtones.

Team Member: Hey ScrumMxster can you help me with my Daily Scrum?
ScrumMxster: Of Course!
