Shooting evil looks at someone to preempt them from intruding on your space, taking the seat next to you on mass transit, or starting a conversation with you.

There was only one seat left on the bus, but the old lady next to it was scowling forecasts at me so I stood the whole way.

Slowling

A person who moves so slowly that it compromises the sanity of all those around him/her, leading to chaos and destruction.

"Why are you such a bleeding, dirty mess?"

"There was a slowling who held up traffic at the end of Route 3. It took him an hour and a half just to merge onto 128. The other drivers got so infuriated that they rioted, and my car got overturned. I had to crawl the rest of the way to work."

Skowling 

A combination of Owling and Skydiving. To Skowl is to Owl just prior to leaving the plane for skydiving.

SKowling is to perch in a traditional owling pose prior to leaving the plane. This leads to Howling as the Skowler skowls.
