Toxic Sausage 

This term refers both to a man's penis and his cum. It's toxic because the said male likely ingested something gross (toxic) which if you have sex with him could end up inside you via his cum.

"I don't want your toxic sausage inside me"

or more specifically:

"I don't want your swiss cake roll toxic sausage inside of me" - Used when your man has eaten too many swiss cake rolls in one day and wants to have sex so you know he's gonna slip his toxicity inside you

or:

I don't want your MSG chinese toxic sausage inside me.
