The highest level of annoyance that can be experienced by a human being, which is the direct result of the highest level of paranoia that can be achieved by a human being. A level of paranoia so high that it is reserved for people named Sarah. Sara's can achieve a high level of paranoia too, but they lack the H to make it comple.
