Rufy is a guy who uses sex as an outlet for his pain. He tends to forget or maybe doesn’t even care to see how much of an impact he leaves on the people around him. letting his own hurt overshadow the hurt he inflicts onto others. He’s a big flirt. But underneath all that he’s goofy, charming, funny, a gentleman, and a good friend. Putting his friends happiness above his own sometimes. Likes to party. He’s a good person deep down he just has to let his ego go. He needs to learn he’s much more valuable than he gives himself credit for.

Ratfucker
Brought to public attention by Bob Woodward and Carl Bernstein in the book on the fall of Richard Nixon, All The President’s Men, ratfucker was Nixon’s term for a political operative who sows chaos among opponents; an agent provocateur. It is thought to have originated among campus political rivalries at USC, and seems to have some usage in the US military.
Along with Nixon’s other ratfuckers, Roger Stone caused fights at otherwise peaceful Democratic Party protests to generate a false narrative that the Democrats were violent and dangerous.
