1.(noun, adj.) Derogatory nickname for a Russian soldier or any person in the Russian (a)military/(b)government.
a- Due to being poor, a Russian citizen might join the military to commit war crimes for more rubles. Or a Russian prisoner may be coerced into enlistment and earn a meager salary, in rubles.
b- being a member of the Russian bureaucracy and a servant of Vladimir Putin is worth having a slur for, I guess.
