That one person that is just so inconsiderate, mean, and just an overall douche bag for no reason, only use this insult if you want to totally ruin someone’s life or use as a playful joke with your friends, be aware though, most only have a limited number of uses of this term. Also, this is not allowed on Twitter, as Twitter is an example of a rude head mcdumbface

Jack: “did you hear what Blake’s been saying to people?”
Ethan: “yeah, he’s such a rude head mcdumbface.”

Those people who are just so inconsiderate, mean, and overall just a bunch of douche bags. Only use this on the biggest of assholes, also, Twitter is not allowed to use this term as Twitter itself is a rude head mcdumbface.
