Rotten cotton

Occurs when a woman doesn't remove a tampon before putting a new one in, the first tampon goes far enough into the vagina that the string can't be seen. The "rotten cotton" is the actual tampon that was left in for too long. It usually has a foul smell & discharge associated with it.

Likely to be used by healthcare providers who see this patient for vague hoo-ha related complaints and on pelvic exam find that they have a forgotten tampon in place.
Josie left her tampon in for five days and now it's rotten cotton.

Says the nurse to her assistant, "Once I remove the rotten cotton, make a run for it!" (to escape the evil smell)

Rotten Cotton

Rotten cotton is pussy that is used up but still desirable like a slut who fucks random guys but is still considered a sexy slut.
I want to fuck that rotten cotton.

Yeah, let's just say I like my cotton to be rotten!

Rotten Cotton

Used to define the cotton crotch area of a pair of dirty panties saturated in but not limited to vaginal fluid, sweat, semen, ass chowder and saliva. Also may me used in reference to a condition associated with panty cotton in the above state.
Oh my doesn't she look greasy and nasty? I'd imagine she has the Rotten Cotton in her trousers as well!

Fogey/fogy /fougi/ sl. (early 18C+, orig. Scot) old-fashioned, stuck-in-the mud.
Person with old fashioned ideas which he is unwilling to change: Come to the disco and stop being such an old fogey!
You think me an old fogeyand an old tory, his thoughtful voice said. I saw three generations since O’Connel’s time. I remember the famine. Do you know that the orange lodges agitated for repeal of the union twenty years before O’Connel did or before the prelates of your communion denounced him as a demagogue? You fenians forget some things. (James Joyce, Ulysses. Penguin Books,1992. p. 38)
