A trail bike rider who flicks up dirt or rocks that are flung out particularly in a the shape of a roosters tail. The rider is usually in front and the fastest of all his mates who are behind the Roostmaster eating the Roostmaster’s dust

The Roostmaster was up front as always making his mates eat his dust
