A word made up by Daniel O. after not being able to stop rolling on the floor after watching Shane Dawson Vids mixed with Brian Regan, his friend Jack, threw up. Daniel later described this with Roflcano. (Rolling on floor laughing - Threw up like a volcano)

We watched some funny Shane Dawson and then Jack threw up... Daniel was like "ROFLCANO!!!"
