When someone whose charm and presence are off the charts, wit, and vibe are so irresistibly smooth that it's borderline illegal. Causes frequent involuntary hypnosis and intoxication, knee weakness. A rare combo of beauty, brains, and banter.
Definition: Subtle confidence, hints of mischief, intelligence that captivates, kindness that disarms, humor that hits just right, and allure that pulls you in.
Origin: First coined when someone tried to describe a girl so captivating, even the dictionary ran out of words. Her presence was so powerful, it shi-kha-nged the game forever.

Used when a person wishes to express distaste at the latest fashion trend/fad, because it seems that everyone has a certain item of clothing or is wearing it. This term is most frequently heard in Paris but is slowly spreading to other parts of France.
