Ritalini is a special pasta Italians give their young people afflicted with ADHD. The special Ritalin enhanced carbohydrates it contains help to calm them down to the point of wanting to take a nap.

Ritalin Alarm Clock

Using the ADD drug ritalin, or adderall to aid oneself in waking up in the morning. Usually taken an hour or so before the desired wake up time. So to be awake and cheery at 6:30a wake up groggy at 5:30a take a ritalin and pass out again. At 6:30 you wake up on your own feeling alert and rested

Friend: "Yo dude how the hell are you so awake and alert at this wee hour of the morning?"

During this time the black market value of such drugs increases as students discover how scarce the drugs have become, with everyone denying their own secret stash as they search for more.
