ring road

Road ring is a usless slang word roadring to confuse the true definition of a roadway looping around a city or group of cities, commonly and correctly named "loop", which was planned and build for transportation purposes. Beltway is another acceptable term, but not "road ring".
Ring road should never be used in a sentence referring to a road or group of roads. Say "beltway" or "loop".

Ring Road Hall

A dormitory on the University of Victoria campus. Known for crazy-ass parties involving high amounts of drama, weed, vodka and vomit. Also known for fire alarms being pulled 3 times a night, every weekend and dozens of broken windows/lights/furniture.
"Dude, remember that time at that party last night at Ring Road Hall?"

"I was up to my pits in alcohol and hos. Of course I remember!"

Road Ring

A phone call made by a person who is bored during a long drive, in hopes that the call recipient will entertain him/her for a not insignificant portion of the journey.
I didn’t realize that Paul’s call was a Road Ring until he casually mentioned that he had 2 hours left on his drive back from the Hamptons.

ringroad

Ringroad. A word synonymous with many things. Concrete. Congestion. Confusion. Coventry. Many wretched souls have been lost on Coventry's ringroad...

Ringroad are four alcohol-fuelled fops who are breaking down the barriers of popular culture with their avant-garde views and radical, brilliant and catchy ideas. Or at least they will do, once they escape the sticky paws of Coventry nightlife.
who are that great band ringroad?? they are simply amazing. visit their website at www.ringroad.tk!

Utility beer

Utility beer is the beer you keep around for the day-to-day moments when beer is a necessity to assist in pedestrian activities (golf, plumbing, yardwork, babysitting, staff meetings, Zoom calls). For the beer snob it is the beer you save for neighbors when they drop in at 3 p.m. on a Tuesday. It is differentiated from the actual high-end beer you save for special events, holidays, and special tastings.
Person 1: Dave, did you bring along those hazy craft IPA's so we could drink while cleaning Lyle's pool?
Person 2: Nope. I just have a bunch of utility beer that Steve dumped on me. Good enough for this. It is only 10:30 a.m.
