A multipurpose term (adjective or noun) generally used to describe something positive or outlandish.

Origin: Coined by The House of Capricorn and associates on a roadtrip down New Zealand in 2006 through the replacing of the prefix of bilau to create it's antonym.

Pronunciation: ree-lau
