The process of returning into the past to bring yourself to a point in the present where you understand exactly who you are and how best you can walk into the future.

Through reprogression, which requires even hurtful honesty, I have a better understanding of myself and the road I will take moving forward.

deprogression 

The theory of deprogression, refers to a process whereby man ethically undergoes a prodigious and fundamental change and transformation in his role within the natural balance of his enviroment. Whereby he deviats from the natural state as found in nature, his path of inebitions, which is functioning for the sole purpose and need of essential nessesaty, to the lesser significant and unnatural path of accidental, material incidentalism.

deprogression is mans deviation from his natural path of necessary essentialism to the unnatural path of materialistic accidentalism.

Regretful retrogression 

When you hold a repeating error, in your mind. That you won’t forgive yourself for, because you realize against your better judgement. Thinking less of your self, your relationship with your significant other you made a decision that have abruptly affect all future experiences for love to fall short from the one true.

This pain I hold so deep because of my family’s views and how society would view us a whole that I have a gaping whole in my chest bellowed with Regretful retrogression.
