Person 2: "Yeah, I stumbled upon one of the Mexican cartel videos and now I'm experiencing some serious regrot. I wish I could erase it from my memory forever."

Nugget Regret

The feeling you get when you've done something in excess, akin to the feeling you get after eating 20 chicken nuggets from McDonalds.

The phrase can be used to describe everything from eating too much food to how you feel after a heavy night of drinking.

"I should not have had that bottle of tequila last night, I've got massive nugget regret today."

Feeling you get the morning after throwing up/ falling over/ talking to the wall about the universe being made out of segments on account on having over-indulged in the drug ketamine.

I thought I threw up on my front doorstep last night, but when I came round I realised it was my flatmate's bed. Major regretamine.
