In Veneto (Italian region) we put this
verb in a large amount of sentences, with different meanings and
syntax.
It usually refers to something you managed to accomplish, but it can be used to indicate something you found or,
generally, to the ability of someone to be an efficient person.
Oh fioi ho reffato gli appunti per l'esame.
(Ehi guys, I succeded in getting the notes for the exam.)
Ma ti reffi?
(Can you do it?)
Non mi reffo un cazzo.
(I
don't understand/I'm not able to do it.)
Reffarsi
la mattina è sempre un problema.
(To be lucid in the morning is always a problem.)
