Rattafication is when a student mindlessly memorises facts through rote memorisation in the interest of scoring high marks rather than understanding a concept, especially during examinations.

Alex: Hey, how'd the biology exam go?
Dave: Dude, I answered every question! The rattafication of the textbook helped me write the correct answers - I'm sure to get a top grade!
