Rapd means that something has been rigged to win. It may not be to your advantage, but whatever it is, It has been rapd to win.

I could only find a bunch of goofy definitions on UrbanDictionary so I decided to go to rapdict.org when I couldn't understand what a rap song's lyrics meant because I'm too white.
