ie: Abbreviation for (Pop Up Dimmer Slap) - The sudden veil shadowing of a website you get that includes a pop up window box survey questionnaire, join up form, or blitz ad which effectively blocks out your viewing of its contents two seconds after you arrive or are visiting that particular url for the first time. (Usually becomes the last time.)
