ptooey

A ptooey is a very young kitten whose face still looks like harsh wind blew against it, it has a round derpy face, eyes which resemble a black orb, a ball like body and short legs. Every ptooey is a kitten but not every kitten is a ptooey.

-Did you see the post I sent you of those kittens?

-Yeah! The one on the left is still ptooey!
