Propster

The term Propster refers to the place & method of searching for property. A Propster would also refer to one who is involved in or specializes in any aspect of property from buying, selling, letting, auctioning, developing and any other form of dealing with property.

I was trying to find a home to purchase and decided to Propster it online. I needed professional advice on selling my home and decided to call a Propster in my area.

prepster

Really a chimera of two existing groups, the prepster is someone most likely raised in the suburbs and very preppy, that moves to a very hipster centered city (Brooklyn, Portland, Austin), and due to scene exposure adopts certain hipster trends whilst retaining the preppy spirit. Specific examples are skinny jeans with boat shoes, or skinny Nantucket red jeans, cardigans, and keds (although arguably of preppy origin, now adopted by the hipster). The prepster has the ability to flow seamlessly between the two scenes, adopting the traditional seersucker and polos while home, and looking very trendy at loft parties in Williamsburg. This emerging scene has been officially typified by Brooks Brothers new Black Sheep line, designed by Thom Browne, and the new J. Crew Men's store being created with help from Jack Spade. The major difference between the prepster and hipster is money and cleanliness. Drug use also shifts from pot to coke.

Taylor: Hey, have you seen my seersucker shorts, I need to go sailing tomorrow with the rents.
Thom: Yeah, they're right next to your skinny jeans from Uniqlo and your really dirty tee shirt.
Taylor: Dope, thanks.
Thom: Dude, you're such a prepster

A parent hipster. More pretentious than hipsters because they now think their life has purpose.

"Did you hear Dov Charney just knocked up a bitch?"

Pipster

A pipster is a combination of Hipster and Popster (Pop people). They are often mistaken with real hipsters. A true hipster is not mainstream. A pipster is a mainstream hipster. They have a little part of the hipsters style, but when the hipster changes it because it is too mainstream, then the pipster keeps wearing it.
The Hipster often has long beard, and messy hair. The Pipster still has a clean boy cut.

"Oh my god! Did you see that pipster! He looked like hipsters did 2 years ago!"

Propster

A person who creates their own character and style, while still maintaining the practices and looks of past and present fashionable trends. Unlike hipsters, propsters acknowledge and accept the fact that they are propsters. Also unlike hipsters, propsters are not prejudice towards people who only follow the mainstream, rather they help them realize their ignorance towards their own identity and character.

Ex. - While a hipster may refrain from listening to a certain band because of it's mainstream overpopularity, if the band has good intentions and is appealing, propsters are more than willing to support that band.
