the prequel to the anniversary. If someone is getting married a year from today, today would be the preversary. Another excuse for a woman to get upset when her man forgets their preversary.

Girlfriend: Happy Preversary Baby!
Boyfriend: What's a preversary?
Girlfriend: Next year on this day we'll be (getting engaged, married)
Boyfriend: Uhhh ok

Palversary

Pets in the same household that sometimes start as adversaries but slowly become pals, some of the time, but can flip back to adversaries any moment. The pet version of frenimy.

Our older cat has begrudgingly accepted the kitten as a worthy palversary.
