when you are supposed to be doing work at school but you are doing something else on your computer and your teacher walks by so you write "I am pretending to type something" so it looks like you're busy working.

-hey, what were you typing in class yesterday?

pretindian

A white person, usually a hippie, granola, or wanna-be guru who uses words like "Father Sky", "Mother Earth", "sacred circle" and "four winds" to try to convince other white people how spiritual they are. These people can often be seen beating drums, wearing turquoise, and howling at the moon on weekends.

Damn it, Bob, stop being a Pretindian. You're an accountant for chrissake. Enough "Taxes with Wolves" nonsense!
