A short word for "probably". Generally used in a small group setting when answering a question.

Guy 1 : "Hey after you hit that bong you think you could order some pizza?"
Girl 2: "Prel, but I need to check my money situation first."

When either a male or a female puts have their head up a woman's vagina and then pulls their breasts down to there ears and uses them as headphones.
