An adjective describing something so unexplainable and absurd it is difficult to wrap your hand around it. Can also mean something very unappealing and cringe.

That movie scene was so plazardious it made me want to bleach my eyes.

Mel placard 

Airline term which means "minimum equipment list. In simple terms
This is a minor mx (maintenance) issue which will not keep the aircraft from flying it's prescribed route.

We have a reading light out in seat 39a's pcu(passenger control unit) we can put a mel placard on it and send it on its way
