Permawest

Coming from the combination of 'permanent' and 'west'. The latter meaning when somebody does something very unusual, that they wouldnt normally do (usually under the influence of marijuana).

Permawest is when one adopts a constant west state and they are a shadow of the person they used to be.

Guy 1: 'hey dude have you seen Adam recently?'
Guy 2: 'not for a few years, last i heard he went permawest, started wearing bucket hats and shades indoors and wouldn't leave the house after he broke up with his girlfriend'

When you've made the mistake of wearing too tights pants all day at work and/or school....Literally having a permanent wedgie no matter how many times you shift around in your chair.
