Perpetual failure 

Constant disappointment, despite ever-lasting belief that success will eventual happen. Loser. Irrelevant, yet never-ending, drain on society.
Hey Bob, do you think the Toronto Maple Leafs will make it this year? Those rejects? No way! They're a perpetual failure; always have been, always will be.

perpetual victim 

A person who is constantly facing some sort of hardship or traumatic experience whether true, self-inflicted or completely false. Typically a person is a perpetual victim for the sake of evoking sympathy from others or being the constant center of attention. These hardships are usually extreme and can be (but are not limited to) life-threatening sicknesses, family sicknesses, deaths, natural disasters, financial loss, IRS auditing, relationship problems, etc.
We used to believe Vicki's problems were legitimate, then I started keeping track & realized if she really had all the medical problems she claims she does, then she would be dead by now. Now we all notice she has a different ailment every month & is looking for sympathy. Typical perpetual victim.

Perpetual Line Crosser 

Someone who consistently makes comments that cross the line. Someone who doesn't understand witty banter, instead moving to insults. Typically a meathead, or someone who lacks the intelligence to burn someone in a humorous manor...
Person 1: Dude, that shirt is a little chochy...

P.L.C.: Shut up, my shit looks tight, why don't you go fuck yourself...and your mother..

Person 1: Real funny bro

Law of the Lesser Percentile

The law that states whichever phone is at a lower percent gets priority on the charger. Given there is only one charger, the lower percent gets access even if someone else is currently using it. They must give it up.
Tony, give me the charger! The Law of the lesser percentile states that you have to give it to me considering I’m at 12% and you’re at 45%!

Perpetual Malcontent 

A person who is only truly happy when he/she is upset. The inability to experience any or all of the following: happiness, laughter, joy, comradery. A tendency toward feeling bitter, scorn, spite, wrath, vengeful. See also killjoy and buzzkill.
A Perpetual Malcontent is one who complains about the quality of free food. A perpetual malcontent is critical of an event everyone else enjoyed.

trucker's tan 

A sunburn or suntan focused on the left arm. It is caused by the left side of the body being the only half that gets exposed to sunlight while driving. Presumably, it would be located on the right side of the body in countries where they drive on the left side of the road.
I had a trucker's tan after driving for 10 straight hours on a sunny day.

British slang for a scientist or technical expert, esp . when the speaker is not certain of the expert’s specific field of study. Not necessarily derogatory, but typically used by persons without a technical background. In the US, the equivalent would be “egghead”, “squint”, or “geek.”

Origin of the word is unknown. Started sometime in World War 2. Given the typical evolution of British slang, could easily have started because what these experts did was confusing or “baffling” to the common person.
According to the boffins downstairs, the murderer used a serrated blade.

Pee Calculus

When you have to pee in a movie but don’t want to miss anything, and must do the following mental equation: will the amount I have to pee cause enough discomfort to diminish my attention capacity for the remainder of the movie to an extent which is greater than the amount of the movie I would miss by making a mad dash to the restroom.
I saw Satantango last night, wonderful film but by the 5th hour I had to start doing pee calculus.
