A derivative of the common Spanish language term "pendejo" meaning "stupid person," "simpleton" or just plain "dumbass." The term "paindejo" refers to a male individual ("paindeja" referring to female) whose existence or actions transcends the stupid and actually causes physical pain the universe either within himself or to others.
I almost didn't see that paindejo on the scooter running that red light in front of me. I'm glad I didn't hit him but every passenger in the car remains in serious pain just thinking about it.
